RabbetSpace Instructions
1. Mitre Rabbetspace to fit back of frame (Saw, chop, or cut with shears).
2. Drill screw holes and clearance holes at the same time with special Rabbetspace drill bit.
3. Install black plated screws with #1 Phillips bit.
Special Tools
Magnetic 1/4" hex drive. Fits any drill for instant drill & bit changes. Makes bit magnetic to hold teeny screws.
Special long-reach size #1 x 1/4" hex drive Phillips driver bit. Long enough to reach even as deep as RS 1/2.
Special Rabbetspace 1/4" hex drive drill bit. Drills the perfect diameter and depth pilot holes and clearance holes for the screws. Stops at the right depth. You can't drill too deep.
100 extra #2 x1/4" (Teeny) black plated screws.
